• You arrived at your final destination with a delay of more than three hours
• Extraordinary circumstances were not the reason behind the delay

If TAP Portugal informed you about the cancellation less than 14 days before the flight and there were no extraordinary circumstances, you could be entitled to cancelled flight compensation. Please refer to the table below:

Denied boarding

If the airline denied you boarding against your will, you will have the following options:

• Get a replacement flight to your final destination
• A full ticket refund to the original point of departure

In addition, you can submit an overbooked flight compensation claim.
