Mrs. Darina Kovacheva is an attorney-at-law and member of the Sofia Bar Association with over four years of post-qualification experience. At SkyRefund, Darina helps ensure passengers receive the compensation they’re entitled to and has experience with legal disputes involving airlines, including competition law and consumer rights issues.

She advises Bulgarian and international clients on competition law, GDPR, compliance, and intellectual property matters. Darina has represented companies in advertising disputes, trademark procedures, and cross-border IP enforcement.
