SkyRefund is a flight compensation company helping passengers claim compensation from airlines when their flights don’t go as planned.

The idea for the company began to take shape in 2016, when Ivaylo Danailov once again helped friends who were dealing with a 12-hour flight delay in Cuba. He had just finished his degree in international law and was already thinking about how this complex field could be combined with modern technology. That’s when he realised it could help passengers handle these situations more easily and get the compensation they deserve.

Ivaylo teamed up with two more professionals—Maria Danailova and Kaloyan Todorov—with one clear goal: to make air passenger rights easier to understand and easier to use.
