About the Author

Martin Stefanov (Senior Assistant Professor, PhD) is an experienced university professor and scientific researcher with over 16 years of hands-on experience and numerous published works across credible outlets like Foreign Language Teaching and Contrastive Linguistics. He was awarded 3rd place for best book in the field of linguistics of the Faculty of Slavic Studies Awards in 2024 for his book Номинализацията на предиката в сръбския и българския книжовен език от края на XIX и началото на XX век (https://philol-forum.uni-sofia.bg/library/experior/exp4/). In 2023, he published his short novel Вечният полет на съзнанието (https://litclub.bg/library/nbpr/martinstefanov/prose.html).

He is a founding member and co-editor in chief of the scientific journal Philological Forum (Международен филологически форум). Martin Stefanov is also PPU coordinator of the AT-0037 network within the CEEPUS III exchange program (CEEPUS (2024.37.11)) and scientific secretary of the Summer Seminar in Bulgarian Language and Culture of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (Летен семинар – Факултет по славянски филологии). Martin Stefanov is member of the Academic Council of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, its main managing unit (Academic Council / Administrative Structure / The University / Home - Софийски университет "Св. Климент Охридски"). He’s been invited to speak at universities in Bulgaria, Serbia and Japan.
