About the Author

Tsvetelina Botseva is a Legal Counsel in SkyRefund, focusing on aviation, consumer protection and air passenger rights. She advises on the interpretation and application of Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, the Montreal Convention, and any related EU and international frameworks.

Her focus is on monitoring and applying the latest decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union. In addition to aviation matters, Tsvetelina works across commercial law—particularly contract drafting and negotiations, terms and conditions, and consumer protection.
